Club condition checklist

• Delivery check: we inspect the clubs in person with you, and you accept their condition at delivery.
• Clubheads: we check drivers, woods and hybrids for cracks or lifting, and irons for large gouges. Any club with significant damage before your rental is swapped for another club, not handed over for use.
• Shafts: we check that everything is secure, with no loose components.
• Grips: we check that grips are in good condition and still grippy, not slippery or worn smooth.
• Collection check: we inspect the condition again with you when we collect the clubs.

• Reporting an issue: please report any damage or condition issues during your rental, before collection, by messaging the WhatsApp number we provide. Include clear photos from multiple angles and, where possible, a description of what happened.
