How It Works – Simple 3-Step Process

  1. Build & Book Your Set Use our easy online set builder to create your custom combination (over 17 million possibilities!). Select your rental dates and provide your accommodation details during checkout.
  2. We Coordinate Delivery We'll contact you (via email or phone) to confirm exact timing based on your arrival. Most deliveries happen on your first day or the day before your first round – flexible to suit your schedule. We aim to deliver within 1 hours of your requested time and we can arrange evening options as needed.
  3. Play & Return Enjoy your clubs hassle-free. At the end of your rental, we'll collect from the same location at the pre-agreed time (usually on your departure day or after your last round). Just hand back your clubs & we'll handle the rest.

Important Details

  • Delivery Area: Primarily the Algarve region (Faro Airport area to western coast). For locations outside standard coverage (e.g., very remote villas or beyond Algarve borders), contact us for a quick quote – we can usually accommodate with a small fee.
  • Timing Flexibility: Let us know your arrival time or preferred window – we're golfers too and understand plans change!
  • What to Expect: Your clubs arrive clean, checked, and ready to play in their bag. We'll do a quick handover to ensure everything fits your needs.
  • Returns & Damages: Full collection is included. We offer peace-of-mind coverage for accidental breakages (details in our rental terms). Just return clubs in the condition received (normal wear expected).
  • Group Bookings: For 4+ sets, we can arrange coordinated deliveries/collections – perfect for golf trips or buddies' holidays.
