What is Up'N'Down Golf and where do you deliver?

We’re a premium golf club rental service built by golfers, for golfers. We deliver and collect across the entire Algarve — from Faro to Lagos. Please provide delivery details (hotel, villa, apartment name + address) at booking.

How do I book and build my custom set?

Browse our clubs online, choose your Holiday, Players or Tour Pack, and customize every club (driver shaft, irons, wedges, etc.). Over 17 million combinations available. Complete your booking with delivery address and contact number.

What are your rental packs?

Holiday Pack: Driver, irons, fairway wood, 1 wedge, putter + bag. Players Pack: Adds hybrid/driving iron + 1 extra wedge. Tour Pack: Full set with 3 wedges. All fully customizable.

When and how will my clubs be delivered?

Clubs are delivered at your agreed time and place. You relax and your clubs will come to you!

How does club collection work?

We collect at the end of your rental period (agreed time). Please have the full bag packed and ready. We will inspect every club on-site.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes! Reply to any email or contact hello@upndowngolf.co.uk before your return date. Subject to availability and additional fee.

What if I damage or lose a club?

All damage/missing items are charged at replacement cost. Examples: Broken shaft €80–€150, Lost wedge €120–€180. We’ll email an itemised receipt.

Are the clubs cleaned and checked?

Yes — every club is deep-cleaned, regripped if needed, and inspected before delivery. You’ll receive them in tour-ready condition.

Do you have left-handed or ladies’ clubs?

Yes we do! Our stock is always expanding. If you need something we don’t list, email us.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

We are flexible. Cancellations: >14 days = full refund (minus €10 admin), 7–14 days = 50% refund, <7 days = no refund. Changes allowed up to 48h before delivery.

What if I’m delayed or my flight is late?

Let us know ASAP. We’ll adjust delivery where possible.

Every rental can be fully customised with over 17 million combinations – so your final price may depend on the clubs you choose, rental duration, and any add-ons. We include free delivery and collection to your hotel, villa, or resort in the Algarve (Extra €20 delivery fee for Tavira, Vila Real, Castro Marim, Alcoutim, Vila do Bispo & Aljezur) – saving you £50–£100+ in airline baggage fees!

How Pricing Works

Base rates start from £9.5per day for a basic set (pre-built packs) or £77 per week.
Pre-Built Bags: Simply select the bag you want including Driver, Wood, Irons & a putter.
Build-your-own sets: Start with a core selection (e.g., driver, irons, putter) and add clubs like hybrids, fairway woods, or specialty items.
Longer rentals save more: Discounts apply automatically for 4+ days or weekly bookings.
All-inclusive perks: Free Algarve-wide delivery/collection, clubs cleaned and checked, accidental breakage coverage (normal wear & tear expected), and no hidden fees for standard locations. (Extra €20 delivery fee for Tavira, Vila Real, Castro Marim, Alcoutim, Vila do Bispo & Aljezur)
Currency: Prices in €(Euro) or £(GBP) – secure payments via Shopify.

Group & Long-Stay Discounts

4+ sets booked together: 25-50% off ONE set (email to claim)
Any additional days after 3 days are charged from only €9 per day.
Repeat customers: Loyalty discount on future bookings (sign up to our email list!)
Any hire longer than 14 days, drop us a message or email and we will arrange a discount to match the reduced daily rate.

Additional Costs (Rarely Needed)

Remote/out-of-standard-area delivery: Small fee (quoted on request – most Algarve spots are free)
Out of hours deliveries/collections (Before 8am or after 7pm) - Price upon request
Trolley or push cart rental: Not currently available
Pay upon booking - no need to worry about additional charges when you start your holiday.
