1. What is Up'N'Down Golf and where do you deliver?
We’re a premium golf club rental service built by golfers, for golfers. We deliver and collect across the entire Algarve— from Faro to Lagos. You must provide full delivery details (hotel, villa, apartment name + address) at booking. No address = no delivery.
2. How do I book and build my custom set?
Browse our clubs online, choose your Holiday, Players or Tour Pack, and customize every club (driver shaft, irons, wedges, etc.). Over 17 million combinations available. Complete your booking with full delivery address and contact number.
3. What are your rental packs?

Holiday Pack: Driver, irons, fairway wood, 1 wedge, putter + bag

Players Pack: Adds hybrid/driving iron + 1 extra wedge

Tour Pack: Full 14-club set with 3 wedges
All fully customizable.
4. When and how will my clubs be delivered?
Clubs are delivered at your agreed time.
Important: The card holder must be present — we will not deliver if the card holder is not there. No exceptions.
5. What documents and payment do I need at delivery?
At delivery, we require:
• The payment card used for booking
• Passport and driving licence of the payee (for identity verification)
• Security deposit / card pre-authorisation hold (amount advised at booking)
All deposit funds are fully refunded within 48 hours after collection if clubs are returned in the same condition they were received by you.
6. How does club collection work?
We collect at the end of your rental period (agreed time). Please have the full bag packed and ready.
We will thoroughly inspect every club on-site.
As per T&Cs, any damage, excessive wear, or missing items will be charged from your security deposit.
7. Can I extend my rental?
Yes! Reply to any email or contact hello@upndowngolf.co.uk before your return date. Subject to availability and additional fee.
8. What if I damage or lose a club?
All damage/missing items are charged at replacement cost. Examples:
• Broken shaft: €80–€150
• Lost wedge: €120–€180
• Deep scratches/dents: assessed case-by-case
We’ll email an itemised receipt. Remaining deposit refunded.
9. Are the clubs cleaned and checked?
Yes — every club is deep-cleaned, regripped if needed, and inspected before delivery. You’ll receive them in tour-ready condition.
10. Do you have left-handed or ladies’ clubs?
Ladies’ clubs are available.
Left-handed clubs are not yet in stock — but we’re expanding!

11. Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellations:
• >14 days before start: Full refund (minus €10 admin)
• 7–14 days: 50% refund
• <7 days: No refund
Changes (e.g. dates, clubs): Allowed up to 48h before delivery, subject to availability.
12. What if I’m delayed or my flight is late?
Let us know ASAP. We’ll adjust delivery where possible. No refunds for missed deliveries due to late arrival without notice.

14. Can I add extras like gloves or rangefinders?
Yes — add during checkout or email us before delivery.
